Job Description: The Cloud AppOps role includes the following duties: 1. Perform operational tasks such as monitoring application server health and recycling services. 2. Identify and resolve operational issues like batch failures, network problems, and client data feed errors. 3. Monitor server performance metrics including memory utilization, CPU, file systems, databases, and batch jobs. 4. Maintain operational documentation, including incident reports and run books. 5. Generate metric reports, including daily production status updates. 6. Review client support tickets and requests within service SLAs. 7. Resolve Level 2 and Level 3 issues related to application support, databases, and data center operations; document issues in the customer support portal. 8. Provide on-call support outside regular hours and work during non-prime shifts. Qualifications: - At least 2 years of experience in application or production support, particularly in cloud-based hosting administration, management, and performance tuning in high-availability SLA environments. - Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure is preferred. - Knowledge of ETL processes is a plus. - Proficiency with Unix, Linux, Windows, Tomcat, SSH, and basic scripting. - Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL. - Understanding of complex processes and data flows. - Effective verbal and written communication skills for engaging with internal stakeholders and customers daily. - Experience with application debugging, performance tuning, and scalability. - Familiarity with application security best practices. - Knowledge of fault detection and resolution processes. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Capability to multi-task and provide rapid support in production environments. - Availability to provide on-call support outside regular hours and during non-prime shifts. - Strong English communication skills (B2 or higher).
