Seasonal Maintenance Professional This is a seasonal, part-time opportunity to work on a large fencing project at a ranch. The primary responsibility involves assisting with the installation of new fencing, including removing old fencing and driving new posts. Key Responsibilities: - Remove old fencing and drive new posts. - String wire for the new fence. - Perform landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, weeding, and pruning. - Conduct general maintenance tasks, including painting, staining, and clean-up. Additional responsibilities may include supporting other camp departments as needed. Requirements: - Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively. - Capacity to train and lead teams, if necessary. - Positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn. - Physical ability to perform the required tasks. - Must be at least 14 years old. Working Conditions: - Must be capable of spending most of the workday standing or walking. - Must be adaptable to all work environments, both indoors and outdoors. - Must be capable of working above head and bending, kneeling, crawling in/around attics, crawl spaces, etc. - Ability to dig, shovel, and rake various compounds. Compensation: Hourly compensation is $15, with an expected schedule of 16–24 hours per week.
