Key Job Responsibilities The key role of this position is to design and implement end-to-end business process solutions in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements, developing and maintaining technical documentation, and ensuring the alignment of business processes with organizational goals. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also be proficient in SAP CRM/ECC configuration, development, and testing, as well as Agile development methodologies and system/process documentation. Primary Responsibilities: - Design and implement ETO changes in CRM/ECC SAP codes and test new ETO BU solutions. - Support current ETO applications, interfaces, and WRICEFs. - Support teams and development related to the end-to-end ETO process. - Support new business requiring ETO process. - Collaborate with business systems analysts and product owners to define requirements and priorities. - Identify design problems and create usable solutions. - Build relationships with all partners across the organization. Required Skills and Qualifications This position requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a similar technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience in CRM and ECC SAP with configuration of CRM, SD, manufacturing, logistics, and purchasing. ABAP development experience will be considered an advantage. Additionally, they should possess knowledge of SAP cost accounting and 2 years of experience in one or more SAP CRM and ECC modules.
