Job Description We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and play a vital role in visually communicating our brand identity across both digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent technical skills, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, adherence to brand guidelines, and a passion for innovation and aesthetics. Schedule availability is required (40 hours per week - 2 days off - Based on schedule need you might have to work 1 day of the weekend with in the same 40 hours). Graphic Designer Virtual Assistant responsibilities will vary depending of the department you are hire for, some are but not limited to: Creative Design and Brand Alignment: Develop and produce visually compelling graphics for a variety of formats including print, digital, social media, email campaigns, and event collateral. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and contribute to a consistent and recognizable brand image. Conceptualize and execute design solutions for campaigns, promotions, internal projects, and external communications. Collaboration and Cross-Department Support: Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Media Production Specialist, and other team members to develop creative concepts and visual strategies. Collaborate with internal departments to meet design needs and timelines across various projects. Print and Digital Asset Management: Prepare print-ready files and oversee production of printed materials including brochures, flyers, signage, and promotional items. Design digital assets for web banners, social media posts, email templates, and presentations. Multimedia and Motion Graphics (if applicable): Create basic motion graphics or animations for digital campaigns, if within skill set. Collaborate with the media production team on video assets, providing graphic overlays or branding elements as needed. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Review and proof all designs for errors before printing or publishing. Ensure compliance with branding standards and any applicable industry regulations, including Florida Bar guidelines for legal advertising. Asset Organization and File Management: Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and project files for easy accessibility and reuse. Manage version control and proper file formatting for web, print, and presentations. Creative Innovation and Trends: Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and creativity of our marketing materials. Provide fresh ideas and creative solutions to elevate the visual impact of our brand. Training and Development Participation: Attend corporate in-person trainings as required, which may occasionally occur on weekends. A 30-day notice will be provided to arrange attendance. Salary: USD $1,200 - $1,500 per month (compensated based on experience and skill set) Qualifications Virtual Assistant Job Qualifications and Required Skills: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience. Experience working in a collaborative marketing environment is preferred. Skills and Competencies: Design Expertise: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects preferred). Typography and Layout: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain design concepts clearly. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Attention to Detail: Meticulous in reviewing work to ensure accuracy and high-quality output. Adaptability: Comfortable adapting designs to evolving brand needs and feedback. Digital and Print Knowledge: Familiarity with preparing files for both digital platforms and print production. Knowledge and Expertise: Knowledge of current design trends and technologies. Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design tools is a plus. Understanding of accessibility and inclusivity in design is a plus. Personal Attributes: Creative: Strong conceptual thinking and a passion for innovative design. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. Must be a self-starter and multi-tasker. Ability to work independently. Additional Information Requirement needed to work remotely: Must have a Computer (Desktop or Laptop) Core I5 or above, 12 GB of Ram, at least Windows 10 installed. USB noise cancelling headsets. Webcam for daily meetings and huddles. Internet speed must be 35Mbps Download and 15Mbps Upload.
