Reporting to our Head of Customer Success, they will be responsible for ensuring our customers' success in using and implementing our solution by building valuable relationships through ongoing consultative support. Specifically: Be the primary point of contact with clients, building relationships of trust in assigned accounts. Ensure proper implementation and onboarding of new clients by leading the project comprehensively. Generate actions to promote the adoption, engagement, and depth of use of the solution by our clients. Monitor regular customer interactions, ensuring bug and issue resolution and follow-up. Generate and implement tools that facilitate customer use, incorporating development and improvement proposals. Constantly monitor, utilize, and address our user support channels to resolve issues and propose product improvements. Support the sales team with the functional knowledge necessary for portfolio prospects. What we expect from you 3 or more years of experience in related positions. Experience in account management and B2B customer service. Affinity with technology and willingness to learn. Experience in using CRM systems. Experience in relationships with clients at different hierarchical levels. Experience leading projects (Desirable).
