The Role - You will manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet objectives, timelines, and quality standards. - You will identify new customer needs and drive solution and service upsells, while maintaining long-term customer relationships. Your Responsibilities - Collaborate with pre-sales teams to define project objectives. - Work closely with clients to refine scopes of work and validate requirements. - Create and execute project management plans, tracking progress and keeping stakeholders informed. - Evaluate resource allocation and timelines, aligning with internal capacity and client expectations. - Coordinate with development and support teams for deliverables. - Manage revenue forecasts, budgets, risks, and change requests. - Ensure accurate billing throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. - Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, Solutions Manager, or similar roles focusing on complex projects and solutions. - Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PMBOK, PRINCE2). - Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello) and ERP/CRM platforms. Requirements - Colombian citizenship or valid work permit. - Hybrid work role based in Bogotá. - PMP certification - Required. - Fluent in Spanish and English (B2 level). - Availability to travel within LATAM at least 50% of the time.
