We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Liaison. This role is responsible for bridging the gap between technical teams and clients, providing personalized support, guidance, and technical expertise. About the Role In this position, you will be responsible for: - Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients as the main point of contact for technical matters. - Possessing in-depth knowledge of our products and services, and effectively communicating and troubleshooting technical issues. - Working closely with clients to understand their unique technical requirements and business goals, providing recommendations and solutions that align with their needs. - Assisting clients in customizing and integrating our products or services into their existing systems and workflows. - Providing timely and effective troubleshooting support, collaborating with internal teams to ensure swift issue resolution. - Anticipating potential technical challenges and providing proactive guidance to prevent issues from occurring. - Educating clients on how to use our products or services effectively, providing training sessions, workshops, and documentation. - Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services that align with the client's evolving needs. - Monitoring the performance of our products or services for each client, providing regular reports on usage, trends, and outcomes. - Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will work with various tools and technologies, including ERP systems, Zendesk, Salesforce, JIRA, and SQL queries. About You We are looking for someone with: - Experience in working with ERP systems and knowledge of accounting. - The ability to clearly articulate solutions to complex technical issues. - Ability to manage high ticket volumes and perform effectively under pressure. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
