OPPORTUNITY SUMMARY Responsible for the basic and advanced technical and mechanical production of Cenero's audiovisual and video conferencing integration projects. Actively participates in mechanical and technical production processes to ensure a great client experience delivered with the highest quality possible. Follow Cenero core values and PROQUALAS processes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Technical Production Provide technical installation and guidance for Cenero's basic and advanced integration projects Exhibit high level experience and ability on technical processes, hardware, and software Provide technical understanding and guidance for signal flow Set up, configure, and test signal flow systems Calibrate and tune audio and video levels and signals per standards Diagnose and correct signal flow issues using troubleshooting methods Mechanical Production Provide mechanical installation guidance on projects Understand and apply mechanical processes, materials, and tools Ensure hardware is installed safely and according to design standards Properly load, unload, pack, and secure materials for transit Production Support Utilize room check and dry-run processes to ensure project completion Maintain a clean and organized work environment Participate in lessons learned and process improvement discussions Report daily updates to managers Engineering & Sales Support Follow PPE protocols Maintain document control and field mark-ups Other Responsibilities Maintain client interaction and site assessments Ensure safety training is current Supervisory Responsibilities Coordinate activities with subcontractors and personnel through the management chain. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made for disabilities. Education and Experience High school, trade school, or college education and/or related experience or training; or equivalent. Advanced knowledge and experience with AV equipment, VTC, ATC, networking hardware/software, TCP/IP, Windows, and customer service skills. Language Skills Ability to interpret complex documents, respond effectively to inquiries, and communicate clearly. Mathematical Skills Ability to understand and apply principles of algebra and equations. Certificates and Licenses Valid driver's license with a clean record Infocomm CTS certification (within 3 years) Crestron DMC-E (within 2 years) Other industry and manufacturer certifications as required OSHA 10 Hr construction (within 3 months) Physical Demands Must be able to lift 75 pounds regularly, work overhead on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding, and perform physical tasks as required. Work Environment Primarily client sites (90%) and office (10%), including construction sites, server rooms, and network centers. Occasional travel required.
