Spanish-speaking Head of Conversion Job Description: We are looking for a results-driven, Spanish-speaking Head of Conversion to be based in Bogota, Colombia. This leadership role reports directly to the Chief Operations Manager and CEO, and will play a key part in optimizing the customer journey and improving conversion rates. Responsibilities: - Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets. - Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities for the sales team. - Set clear sales goals and objectives and develop plans to achieve them. - Foster a collaborative and high-energy team environment. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. - Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients. - Ensure sales processes and policies are adhered to and continuously improved. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion. - Establish trust with clients by demonstrating a deep understanding of financial technology and its implications. Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales position, experience in a team leading position in the FX industry will be considered as an advantage. - Fluent in Spanish and good knowledge of English (both written and spoken). - Good knowledge of Forex market dynamics, trends, and regulatory requirements. - Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
