Job Description We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance professional to join our team. As a QA Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be able to work collaboratively with developers, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities 1. Develop and execute test plans to identify and report defects in software applications. 2. Collaborate with development teams to ensure efficient delivery of working software. 3. Perform manual regression testing of product releases, especially features not covered by automated tests. 4. Identify and prioritize areas for improvement in our testing processes. Required Skills and Qualifications - Strong analytical thinking and learning mindset to understand business requirements and identify gaps. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Experience with quality assurance principles and testing methodologies. - English proficiency at least B2 level, to understand written and spoken requirements and communicate effectively with Product Owners and developers.
