Job Description We are seeking a highly analytical and driven individual to join our team as a Senior Finance & Operations Analyst. As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for building models, processes, and insights that help us understand our cost structure, forecast performance, and make strategic decisions with clarity. You will work at the intersection of numbers and decisions, driving impact through accuracy, resilience, and insight. You will be trusted with direct access to the financial model and play a central role in shaping it. This is a high-impact position that sits at the heart of strategic decision-making. If you want to grow fast, take ownership, and shape how finance works at Slang, we'd love to meet you. Required Skills and Qualifications - A degree in Finance, Business, Management, or Industrial Engineering. - At least 1.5 years of relevant experience in finance roles such as controlling, reporting, or financial planning. - Advanced Excel skills. - Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail. - Proven financial modeling experience — you've worked directly with financial models and know how to build and refine them. - Highly proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working independently. - Resilient and committed — you'll be exposed to sensitive financial information and must maintain focus and maturity. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to solve problems quickly and creatively. - Effective interpersonal and communication skills — you know how to keep processes smooth when working with clients, teammates, and accountants. - English level of B2 or higher (upper-intermediate or above) — this is essential for communicating with US-based colleagues and reporting clearly and effectively. Benefits This is a hybrid position, requiring only one day per week in the office. Slang is an equal-opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to our inclusive and healthy environment. Others This is not a typical analyst role: you'll be exposed to the company's full financial reality and expected to drive impact through accuracy, resilience, and insight. You'll gain full visibility into the financial engine of a growing international company — and play a direct role in designing the models and processes that will help us scale sustainably.
