Administrar el Sistema SAP, en el módulo QTC. Es la encargada de brindar asesoría y soporte técnico a nuestros clientes y distribuidores sobre el uso y manejo de nuestros productos. Desarrollar proceso de cotización, así como cotizaciones de productos especiales de la marca BLINE. Atender a los clientes y distribuidores respondiendo y dando seguimiento a las sugerencias de productos y servicios, informando a las áreas lo necesario. *Brindar asesoramiento técnico a clientes directos e indirectos y distribuidores de mercados comerciales e industriales para toda familia de productos, indicando su uso, especificaciones, calidad y garantía, con el fin de ofrecer un nível óptimo de servicio. *Atender a clientes internos y externos y distribuidores vía telefónica, por correo electrónico para brindar asesoría técnica sobre especificaciones, productos y requerimientos especiales. *Preparar cotizaciones, recibir, registrar y codificar pedidos de distribuidores e ingenierías. *Interpretar planos eléctricos para asesoría y cotización de productos especiales de clientes enfocados en BLINE **Qualifications**: Profesional en Ingenierí Mecánica, Eléctrica, Industrial, y/o carreras afines. Inglés 80% excel nível avanzado Experiência: Experiência mínima de un año, registro y control, manejo de catálogos técnicos, venta telefónica, cotizaciones y manejo de precios. Conocimientos en la parte mecánica estática y eléctrica. OTROS (Office, Excel (80% manejo de base de datos), Power Point y Sistema SAP R/3 (QTC) Conocimientos de mecánica estática enfocada a cargas.
