Job Description - Financial Analyst II (Bilingual) (BOG010G) Company: Worley Primary Location Job Schedule Schedule: Full-time Job Posting Unposting Date Unposting Date: Aug 12, 2025 The FP&A; Analyst will support world-class business performance management, budgeting, and reporting. They will act as a business partner to department and Business Unit managers to drive better business results. Duties/Responsibilities: Management Reporting - Support budget/quarterly forecast processes, including data collection, upload, data integrity, and validation. - Analyze and interpret results such as Actuals, Forecasts, and Budgets; compare budget/forecast to actual; assess KPIs, key business drivers, trends, overheads, business development activities, and market conditions. - Prepare monthly and weekly reports, including Monthly & Quarterly Business Review reports. - Monitor overhead budgets for functional areas, perform variance analysis, and identify risks and opportunities. - Ensure high-quality presentation, clarity, and accuracy of all disseminated information. - Drive an effective internal control framework to highlight and manage risks, providing independent assessments of business health. - Perform ad-hoc business analyses as required. Business Partnership - Assist FP&A; Director in identifying and implementing key regional initiatives. - Identify effective overhead and working capital reporting/analysis to enhance productivity. - Utilize leading indicators to identify opportunities and risks across the region. - Maintain confidentiality and ensure accountability and performance standards are met, especially when working with sensitive data. - Support the Finance Director in rolling out and implementing unified reporting systems across the business. - Leverage systems like Hyperion, Oracle (GBS, EPM, FCC). - Serve as a custodian of finance systems and data. - Drive continuous system improvements in collaboration with the reporting systems IT team. Qualifications: - Minimum 7 years of significant financial experience, primarily as a Financial Analyst; at least 3 years post-qualification. - Diploma in Accounting or a 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business. - Advanced English proficiency (B2 / C1). - Expertise in financial modeling and reporting, with strong technical and analytical accounting skills. - Experience in public practice or publicly traded companies is preferred. - Deep understanding of GAAP, maintaining high professional ethics and standards. - Effective communication and collaboration across Location, Region, and Corporate levels to meet reporting requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
