Schedule: Monday to Friday (8AM-5PM EST) As a Junior IT Talent Advocate , you will play a key role in supporting the company’s marketplace by sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates to meet hiring targets. Working In a fast-paced environment, you will manage screening processes, administrative tasks, job advertisements, and ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates to support the platform's growth and success. Key Responsibilities : Sourcing & Screening: Search for and identify candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, boolean searches, internal database and other sourcing platforms. Review the job specs and CVs / candidate profiles to match candidates to open roles. Conduct a high volume of calls to qualify candidates against role requirements. Advertising: Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms. Monitor the performance of job postings and recommend adjustments to improve candidate engagement. Administrative Tasks: Register candidate profiles on the company's platform, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Update and maintain weekly KPIs to track performance and progress. Ensure data accuracy in daily trackers and recruitment tools. KPIs 40 - 50 candidates sourced per week (depending on the market worked) Knowledge & Skills : Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of the tech industry or a willingness to learn. Recruitment Processes: Familiarity with the end-to-end recruitment cycle. Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.). Empathy: Understand and connect with candidates' needs during the recruitment process. Ambition: Consistently push yourself to improve and deliver results. Positivity: Maintain enthusiasm and energy, even in challenging situations. Consistency: Reliably meet targets and deliver results on time. Process Orientation: Follow established procedures while suggesting improvements. Adaptability: Flexibly handle different tasks and changing priorities.
