The Lead Graphic Artist is responsible for leading the creative design team and overseeing the development of high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms. This role ensures all creative work aligns with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives, while managing design workflows, mentoring team members, and maintaining consistency and quality in all deliverables. Job Description • Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media including social media, websites, advertising, brochures, branding materials, video, and presentations. • Ensure all visuals align with the company’s brand identity and marketing goals. • Collaborate with marketing, recruiting, human resources and sales teams to develop design concepts and campaigns. • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of graphic designers. • Oversee daily workflows, assign design tasks, and monitor project timelines. • Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback. • Support professional development of team members through coaching and training. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements. • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality output under tight deadlines. • Ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and brand standards. • Review all creative materials before final delivery to ensure consistency and quality. • Implement processes and best practices to improve team efficiency and creativity. Required Qualifications • Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across multiple formats • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.) • Knowledge of UI/UX design, motion graphics, or video editing is a plus • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills • Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills • Experience managing creative teams and working in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
