Position Overview: We’re looking for a Google Ads Specialist who’s passionate about digital marketing and eager to make a real impact. You’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns, with a primary focus on Google Ads. This role is perfect for someone with a few years of hands-on experience looking to grow their skills and contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced team. What You’ll Do: Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max). Support paid media efforts across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) and LinkedIn Ads. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid strategy adjustments to improve campaign results. Set up and monitor conversion tracking, using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. Manage monthly ad budgets and ensure spend aligns with campaign goals. Provide clear, actionable campaign performance reports and insights. Collaborate with the SEO team to support traffic growth through organic channels. What We’re Looking For: 1+ year of hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads Manager. Comfortable using data to inform decisions and improve campaign performance. Basic understanding of audience targeting and conversion tracking. Good communicator in English (B2/C1 level) – both written and spoken. Strong attention to detail, organized, and eager to learn.
