Job Description Position Summary: The Technical Leader will be part of the Systems and Solutions business, focused on providing automation and process solutions for their assigned industry. The Project Engineer is responsible for the overall system design, implementation, test and customer-site startup and will lead others as part of the engineering team. '-Designs, defines and implements complex system requirements for customers and/or prepares studies and analyzes existing systems. - Determines system specifications, input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility. - Coordinates design of subsystems and integration of total system. Identifies, analyzes and resolves program support deficiencies. - Develops and recommends corrective actions. - Active participations in technical activities during all Automation Projects stages (Planing, Design, Execution, Close) - Lead development teams during desing, construction and start up Project stages. - Mantain a proper training plan according to responsablities - Control 3rd party providers during Project execution Minimum Qualifications (technical/education requirements): 'Electronics, Chemical, Mechatronics or similar Engineering Bsc Degree. - Postgradute studies in engineering will be a plus - Demonstrated advance expertise in Rockwell Automation products and desirable experience with other process automation and information industrial technologies - At least 5 years of experience working on different stages of industrial automation projects. - Fluent in English.
