Description We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Operations Lead, responsible for overseeing team operations and ensuring the achievement of operational metrics and sales targets. Key Responsibilities - Lead team operations to achieve sales targets and operational metrics. - Drive performance improvement and ensure business continuity. - Exceed client KPIs across service levels, quality, compliance, and customer experience. - Manage and motivate Operations Managers to consistently meet goals. - Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement. - Identify and implement service and process improvement opportunities. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise - Excellent management, negotiation, and decision-making skills. - Minimum 2 years' experience as a Senior Ops Manager. - 7+ years of experience in customer support strategy. - Proven success in using data to drive behavior change in support organizations.
