**Job Title**:People Operations Specialist **Department**:Employee Experience **Location**:Remote Colombia *** We are currently looking to hire a **People Operations **Specialist** **to be based in our **Colombia**/** LATAM** region. **The People Operations Specialist owns the HR Operational lifecycle administration and be supporting all aspects of our internal employees through payroll administration and respective processes. This includes, but is not limited to, data management, processing system transactions, document production and stakeholder notifications. This full-time position will play a vital role in supporting all aspects of our global payroll operations through collaboration and effective communication. You need to be able to manage your time and tasks, and effectively prioritize your workload. They should have HR system expertise and experience in providing HR support. The People Operations Specialist owns the data integrity on the HR system and are expected to be the experts to enable timely and accurate transactions and updates. This role is key in enabling simplification of HR processes and promoting data based organisational decisions, by ensuring 100% accurate HR data management across the systems as well as ensuring that documentation is accurate and maintained. At its core, this position is focused on supporting all aspects of employee experience for our **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations effectively to provide proactive HR support to employees - Manage and maintain employee records in ADP WFN (or any other HRIS) through the company lifecycle, including all end-to-end HR process e.g., initiate/correct joiner, mover, absence, transfer and leaver activity - Extensive documentation production and execution, DocuSign creation, receiving and sending of documentation. Securing and electronic filing of documentation according to our data security requirements. - Execute pre-onboarding administration, including pre/post-employee checks for new joiners and set up new employee records - Maintain and update organizational structures, functions, and cost centers in HR systems - Ensure utmost level of integrity and accuracy of all HR data while being compliant with data protection and security standards - 100% accountable for the accuracy and correctness of the country data. All data mismatches and corrections are to be owned and resolved - Provide support during the annual pay review, including all data validations, changes and updates, to ensure timing and accurate processing of merit/bonus payments - Support payroll and benefits administration for countries across all legal entities - Maintain leave and attendance management for internal employees - Generate standard and customized excel reports for country stakeholders and People Business Partners - Perform accuracy and compliance audits for self and team to ensure quality is achieved - Execute weekly/monthly payroll function for all internal employees - Coordinate for global payroll with MSPs/ ICPs and internal Finance Team - Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, bonuses, and changes to pay rates - Process payroll information within our US payroll platform to drive the audit process and generate an accurate payroll package - Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions, entering data into databases and spreadsheets - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll wage, and hour laws and best practices and are communicated cross-functionally - Facilitate audits by providing records and documentation to auditors - Review and process employee expense reports for compliance in accordance with local legislation and reimbursement policies and communicate all changes and expense requests accordingly - Identify nuances with regional payroll processes and work toward streamlined, global solutions - Responsible for coordinating, enhancing, and furthering our process documentation, ensuring uniformity across regions. Following delivery, you’ll continue to monitor systems and processes, and keep documentation up to date - Work cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and other teams to deliver successful solutions **QUALIFICATIONS** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
