Product Management is a vital function in any organization, driving the creation and delivery of products that meet customer needs. A successful Product Manager must possess strong business acumen, technical expertise, and leadership skills. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining product vision, strategies, and roadmaps. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing to ensure that products are developed and launched on time and within budget. - Key Responsibilities: - Leverage industry expertise to foster growth and development of software products and hardware solutions. - Drive future product strategies and implementations to deliver meaningful solutions to clients. - Collaborate with technology teams to plan, execute, and deliver features on the product roadmap. - Provide exceptional service to clients by meeting their product needs and providing clarity to the Support Team. - Have a deep knowledge of GPS tracking, vehicle telematics (OBDII, J1939), and wireless IoT hardware to create and manage device configurations that provide actionable data specific to client needs. Requirements: - C1/C2 English level. - Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. - 5 years of experience in managing asset tracking in industries such as public sector, municipal/state fleets, utilities, first responders, construction, field services, trucking, or similar. - Experience managing software projects that improve existing solutions and/or integrate entirely new systems and vendors. - Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies. - Strong familiarity with enterprise asset management and mobile IoT hardware, including all vehicle telematics devices, in-vehicle modems, and dash cameras; including their functionality, configurations, and messaging protocols. - Experience working with project management tools like Jira, Wrike, and Confluence preferred. - Time and project management skills, business skills, conceptualization skills, engineering skills, leadership skills, mentoring skills, technology skills, and visionary skills.
