MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Recruitment Draft advertisements for open calls for applications in coordination with the publishing agency. Manage publications and job offers across communication channels. Follow up on application calls to ensure quality. Participate in active recruitment activities. Explore and engage professional networks (academic institutions, royal colleges, forums) for recruitment needs and seek new channels for attracting suitable candidates, considering the specialization of OCBA operations. Selection Filter candidates based on criteria, using CVs received via SFSF or other processes. Conduct tests, screenings, and interviews (telephone or face-to-face) for shortlisted candidates. Participate in Assessment Centres as an observer or administrator, both in Spain and internationally. Activate references and manage candidate feedback. Introduce validated candidates to their respective pool managers. Coordinate and monitor recruitment targets with Partner Sections and MSF entities. Manage Local Hired Staff applications for the International Staff Pool, overseeing the full recruitment cycle. Interact with technical departments for validation of applications. Serve as technical referent for missions during recruitment processes. Coordinate with the PM to address mission needs and adjust recruitment priorities, especially in emergencies. Ensure gender and nationality balance in staff recruitment. Communicate working conditions and mission details to new recruits. Develop and agree on recruitment strategies for specific profiles. Consider field detachments for recruitment purposes. Management Close application and selection processes for HQ and field positions. Manage SAP & SFSF activities, including vacancy assignment, updating candidate data, and salary calculations according to IRP. Perform recruitment and selection administrative tasks. Others Participate in unit planning as needed. Draft compliance reports and participate in training (e.g., HR part of PPD). Contribute to the revision and improvement of the selection process. Require at least 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection. Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a plus. Experience in the humanitarian sector, ideally with MSF, including field experience. Proficient with IT tools and Web 2.0 platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.). Knowledge of SFSF and ERP-SAP systems is advantageous. Availability to travel globally for recruitment activities. Position based in any MSF OCBA Hub (Barcelona, Amman, Bogotá, Dakar, Nairobi), depending on candidate residency and work permits. Permanent contract with a minimum commitment of 3 years.
