Key Responsibilities: The role of Financial Analyst II is a pivotal position within the organization, responsible for performing various financial analyses, budgeting, and accounting functions. Working under the direct supervision of the FP&A; Manager, this individual will be accountable for creating and maintaining analytical dashboards to identify key cost drivers, presenting reports and findings to relevant stakeholders, and driving cost savings initiatives. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining detailed analytical reports for various P&L; drivers, leading efforts to drive cost savings initiatives, tracking and reviewing P&L; results during monthly financial close, and analyzing variances to plan and prior year. Additionally, this role will play a key part in the annual budgeting process, focusing on payroll and direct costs, as well as collaborating with business segments teams to gather and compile data needed to conduct analyses, identify trends, and address senior management requests. Requirements: - Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, data analysis, or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year Bachelor's Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education. - Normally requires a minimum of 2+ years of directly related and progressively responsible experience or a Master's degree. - Knowledge of various finance areas such as cost analysis, plan development, variance explanations, and monthly close. - Experience with creating and updating budgeting models within Microsoft Excel. - Ability to follow and interpret profit and loss statements. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office with heavy emphasis in Excel. - Experience working with large datasets within Microsoft Excel. - Previous experience with SAP preferred. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Strong mathematical and analytical skills. - Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.
