You will be responsible for identifying the gaps, crafting sales plans and executing those to deliver and retain excellent customer value. We have grown rapidly with our niche, value-driven, customer centric solutions, and the focus of the role will be to scale these solutions for mid-market customers. It is an IC role with the potential to move into leadership roles. Responsibilities - Drive revenue by building great partnerships and delivering exceptional customer value. - Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence - Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs - Adopt a structured approach towards sales, revenue, forecasts and other reports to drive efficiency. - Identify emerging markets, propose relevant solution fits, and observe market shifts while staying fully aware.
