**Job Overview** **Duties** - Conduct employee evaluations to assess performance and provide constructive feedback. - Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires. - Oversee workers compensation claims and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. - Develop and implement affirmative action plans to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization. - Assist in organization design initiatives to optimize workforce structure and efficiency. - Create and deliver training development programs that enhance employee skills and career growth. - Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in accordance with company policies. **Qualifications** - Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role within a corporate environment. - Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficient in using HR software such as Salesforce, Lever, and Paylocity. - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. - A degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred but not required.
