Job Description JOB SUMMARY The Senior TreasuryAnalyst is an important member of the treasury operations team,reporting directly to the Treasury Operations Subject Matter Expert(SME). This role is primarily responsible for handling operationaland transactional tasks within the treasury function, ensuring theefficient execution of cash management, payments, and othertreasury transactions. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Assist on dailycash management activities, including monitoring cash positions,forecasting cash flows, and ensuring the availability of funds foroperational needs. - Process, support and execute a variety oftreasury transactions, such as payments, wire transfers,guarantees, LOC and any other financial or cash relatedtransactions accurately and in a timely manner. - Maintain andmanage documentation related to treasury operations, includingagreements, contracts, and compliance records, ensuring they areorganized and readily accessible. - Collaborate with bankingpartners to address routine operational issues and inquiries, whilemaintaining effective communication channels. - Execute accountsreceivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) factoring, supply chainfinance (SCF) programs, and discretionary factoring whereapplicable. Ensure reporting for the programs is reliable. -Execute foreign exchange (FX) spot trades, FX hedges, maintenanceof FX rates in systems and FX platforms administration. - Executeinterest rate, natural gas and any other financial hedge needed tomanage financial risk. Ensure compliance with internal controls andregulatory requirements in all treasury transactions andactivities. - Support execution of I/co transactions, includingmonthly statements or any related month end process, and interestpayment coordination. - Provide support in optimizing cashdeployment and contribute insights as needed to the design andadjustment of the cash pool and liquidity structure. - Collaborateon treasury projects aimed at improving operational efficiency,enhancing controls, and supporting strategic objectives. SCOPE ANDIMPACT The Senior Treasury Analyst’s work directly impacts theefficiency and accuracy of treasury operations within theorganization. By ensuring timely and accurate execution of treasurytransactions, adherence to compliance and regulatory standards, andeffective cash management, the Specialist contributes to theorganization's overall financial stability and operationaleffectiveness. The global treasury consolidates ~$5 billion ofgross debt; ~$330M of yearly interest expenses and ~$400M to $800Mcash (depending on the time of the year), in several countries andcurrencies globally and a hand full of ~20 relationship banksaswell as other local banks Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE -Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration,or a related field. - 2 to 4 years of experience in treasuryoperations or a related financial role. - Strong attention todetail and accuracy. - Excellent organizational and time-managementskills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability towork effectively in a team and collaborate across departments. -Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-pacedenvironment. - Familiarity with global, multi-currency environmentsis a plus. - English as a second language (when not native)Additional Information Hybrid Work Model:We provide a flexible workarrangement, requiring employees to be on-site at our office inCentro Comercial Viva, Envigado for 2-3 days per week, with theremaining days working from home. #J-18808-Ljbffr
