What Will You Do? This position is based in a back-office environment, with no direct interaction with customers. Instead, the focus is on continuous improvement of internal processes, contributing strategically to operational excellence through a collaborative and analytical approach. Who Are You? - You have a High School diploma. - You have 2+ years of customer service experience. Tier 2, floor support, and backoffice experience is desirable - You are fluent in English (B2+), both written and verbal. - You are fluent in virtual communications.
