You take the responsibility of finding the right people (both qualified and the right cultural fit) obsessively seriously. You’re reliable, diligent, and an excellent communicator. You understand the value of “company culture” and you feel confident playing gatekeeper to maintain it. You’re a quick thinker, are able to get a “read” on people, and are exceptionally organized. You take ownership over the hiring process and the team you’re helping to cultivate. You’re comfortable working with an extended remote team and are always looking for ways to streamline the hiring process to find the best possible applicants to move a company’s Vision forward. - You and The Work: You’ll work remote / from home full-time during 9-5pm EST business hours. Day to day, you’ll help develop, maintain, and optimize a hiring system where many dozens of applicants per day are coming in. You’ll work within the hiring spreadsheet to make sure all data is coming in smoothly and make informed decisions about what applicants are potentially a good fit. Then, you’ll work with team leaders to get an official decision about moving forward. You won’t just be managing; you’ll help streamline and optimize the hiring process for continuous improvement. - Your Experience / Knowledge: Prior experience managing high-performance teams that are scaling (fast) a must.
