Requirements Proven experience as a Lead Generator, Sales Representative, or similar role. Excellent communication and phone skills. Strong research and analytical skills. Familiarity with Zoho CRM, RingCentral telephony, and Google Workspace, including related systems and best practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of perseverance and the ability to handle rejection. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies. Prior knowledge of hemp products Highly Regarded Skills and Experience: Experience in cold calling and lead generation. Strong networking and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies. Experience in B2B sales environments. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Demonstrated track record in meeting or exceeding targets.
