AI Product GTM & Launch Excellence: Develop end-to-end GTM plans, including segmentation, value propositions, positioning, and launch KPIs, for new AI features. Create enablement toolkits that empower brand and regional teams to launch consistently and at scale. 2. Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the connective tissue between Product, Data Science, Enterprise Marketing Technology, Creative, and Brand teams to ensure AI features are fit-for-purpose and brand-right. Present recommendations and results to senior leadership and influence investment and prioritization decisions. 3. Bias for Action and Operationalization: Drive executional rigor by transforming strategic AI initiatives into concrete workplans with clear owners, timelines, and KPIs—ensuring pilots quickly move from test to scale. Champion MVP thinking and fast-cycle experimentation to accelerate feature deployment, reduce time-to-value, and continuously refine AI-driven experiences based on real user feedback. 4. Market & Consumer Intelligence: Track emerging AI trends and competitive benchmarks, translating insights into opportunity assessments and POVs. 5. Performance Optimization and Experimentation: Define success metrics and test-and-learn roadmaps (A/B & multivariate) to iteratively improve adoption, engagement, and conversion of AI experiences. Partner with Product and Data Science to surface actionable insights and feed them back into roadmaps. Requirements - 5+ years in product marketing, growth marketing, or digital product management with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML-driven products. - Demonstrated success launching or scaling AI-powered experiences that delivered material lifts in revenue, AOV, CVR, or LTV. - Working knowledge of common AI techniques and how they translate into consumer-facing use cases. - Strong analytical mindset, comfortable defining KPIs, interpreting experimentation results, and connecting insights to GTM actions. - Storytelling prowess, able to distill complex technology into clear narratives, messaging, and training content for non-technical stakeholders. - Experience in beauty, luxury retail, or high-consideration consumer categories is a plus, but passion for the space and customer empathy are must-haves. - BA/BS required; MBA or advanced degree in marketing, analytics, or a related field is advantageous. - Upper-Intermediate English level.
