Job Title Senior Controllership Accountant Overview The Senior Controllership Accountant serves as a support function to the Corporate Controllership team, playing a critical role in ensuring the integrity of financial statements. This individual collaborates with Business Unit and Regional Controllers and Global Business Shared Services to perform key procedures. This position supports Directors across verticals within Corporate Controllership, including Rebates and Incentives, Treasury, and Financial Reporting in monthly and quarterly activities. Responsibilities - E nsure the accuracy and integrity of financials for certain verticals within Corporate Controllership, ensuring compliance with policy and external accounting requirements. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc management reporting, including variance analysis and executive presentations. - Assist in accounting research and provide recommendations on various topics to support Corporate Controllership. - Support a strong control environment by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing operational and SOX controls based on corporate guidelines and general governance standards. - Assist with the implementation of process improvements. About You - F luency in English. - Degree in Accounting; Certification as CPA or equivalent is required. - Strong knowledge in US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). - Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing and analyzing for appropriate accounting treatment. - Perform accounting research to assist with special projects. - Proactively build relationships with business partners. - Experience executing controls and assessing their effectiveness. - Proficient PC skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Hyperion & Oracle a plus.
