About the Role We’re looking for a high-output, creative Graphic & Creative Designer who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and bring ideas to life across multiple platforms. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that blends design, collaboration, and growth. You’ll work directly with one of the agency’s founders and support our creative and marketing teams by producing impactful visual assets for clients in various industries, including (but not limited to) the energy sector. What You’ll Do - Design platform-specific social media graphics that reflect brand voice and strategy - Create flyers, one-pagers, technical data sheets, and various marketing materials - Design visual assets for websites and landing pages - Develop motion graphics, animations, GIFs, reels, and simple video content - Produce creative for trade shows, presentations, and print formats - Collaborate closely with marketing and strategy teams to ensure visual-message alignment - Support overall creative production with a team-first, flexible attitude - Participate in feedback rounds with a positive, growth-oriented mindset What We’re Looking For - At least 5 years of experience in graphic design - A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic and motion design work - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) - Familiarity with Figma and Canva - Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and branding - Organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - Strong communication skills and ability to receive and integrate feedback - Bonus: Experience with marketing funnels, branding, or social media strategy Who You Are - A proactive, creative thinker who takes initiative and brings fresh ideas to the table - Someone who believes collaboration leads to better work - Curious, coachable, and committed to improving your craft - A fast-moving problem solver who asks the right questions and finds solutions - Organized, efficient, and motivated by meaningful, impactful work If you’re tired of playing it safe and ready to do creative work with real impact, this is the role for you.
