The Senior Business Consultant will play a pivotal role in strategic planning, assisting clients in making informed decisions regarding their future IT direction. Once a project commences, they will facilitate key requirements with stakeholders and customers using standard and user experience techniques. Additionally, they may be responsible for functional designs, detailed designs, system mapping, wireframes, requirement specifications, and prototypes. Key Responsibilities - Lead business analysis efforts for Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects, gathering and documenting detailed requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, design solutions, and optimize Salesforce functionalities. - Work closely with project teams to implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Serve as the primary point of contact between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and effective solution delivery. - Provide guidance on the configuration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud features such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio. - Conduct data analysis and assist in data migration strategies. - Develop test plans, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and support deployment efforts. - Stay up-to-date with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud product updates, best practices, and industry trends. Essential Skills and Qualifications - Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Solid understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and capabilities (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, etc.). - Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and integration concepts. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex business needs into actionable solutions. - Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate in cross-functional teams. - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
