We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Senior Managerto lead internal mobility and external hiring strategies formanagement-level roles at Lean. This position is key to ensuring weidentify and hire top talent to support our continued growth. Inthis role, you will: - Lead internal mobility and external hiringprocesses for leadership roles. - Partner with HRBPs, VPs, andDirectors to align talent strategies with business goals. -Collaborate with Marketing to position Lean’s employer brandingacross social media and university partnerships. - Drive pipelinedevelopment and optimize hiring performance metrics, - Ensureinternal talent is assessed and prioritized before launchingexternal searches - Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process,ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. - Deliver hiringreports and dashboards to senior leadership, highlighting progress,pipeline utilization, and critical talent gaps. What we’re lookingfor: - Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Business Administration,Human Resources, or a related field. - 5+ years in TalentAcquisition or HR, and experience hiring for management-levelpositions. - 3+ years leading teams. - Experience in designing andmanaging internal mobility strategies and frameworks. - Proficientin recruitment and selection methodologies, includingcompetency-based interviewing. - Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills in both English and Spanish. - Strongstakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels Thisrole is based in Colombia (Bogota, Barranquilla, Medellin).
