As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Key Account Manager who is eager to grow into a Senior role. As a Key Account Manager, you will: - Develop and manage relationships with both Enterprise (larger) and Premium (mid-sized) clients within our current portfolio. - Serve as a strategic advisor to your clients, helping them navigate the customer service space and adopt AI and ML technologies. - Identify opportunities for growth, focusing on cross-selling and upselling Vozy’s full range of products. - Collaborate closely with our internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services. - Act as the key point of contact, resolving issues and maintaining a high level of trust with your clients. - Manage accounts within our current portfolio, ensuring excellent service and fostering client relationships. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met effectively and efficiently. - Comply with the company's information security policy. - Gradually take on more responsibility as you grow into the role, with opportunities for further professional development. What you'll need: - Proven experience in a SaaS environment. - Specialization in relevant fields with a strong foundation in strategic sales. - Minimum B2 level of English, enabling you to confidently converse and sell in English. - A desire to grow into a Senior Key Account Manager role, handling more complex and high-value accounts.
