As a Logistics Coordinator s ome of your responsibilities are but are not limited to: Plan, schedule, and coordinate transportation for freight (LTL, FTL, air, ocean, etc.) Track and monitor shipments from pickup to final delivery Serve as the liaison between clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of logistics plans Handle documentation for shipments including bills of lading, PODs, and freight invoices Resolve any transportation delays, service issues, or exceptions promptly Negotiate rates with carriers and manage cost-efficient routing Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations Prepare daily and weekly reports on shipment status and performance metrics REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS What would help you succeed: Believe and love what you do. Minimum requirements: Studies: International Business, Business Administration, or Logistics related. Experience: 2+ years of experience in transportation logistics role. Strong knowledge of domestic and/or international shipping regulation. Proficiency with TMS (Transportation Management System) platforms and Google Suite Language: Excellent English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred. Perks: Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm Pacific Time. Contract: Indefinite term contract. Location: Remote Colombia. Salary: $3.500.000.
