At Telxius Cable Colombia, we are looking for a Product & Service Manager to lead the evolution of our transport and connectivity services: dark fiber, DWDM networks, high-capacity Ethernet services, and submarine cables. Our infrastructure includes eight state-of-the-art submarine fiber optic cables and terrestrial backhauls that together span over 100,000 km, with nearly 100 PoPs in 17 countries, along with 27 data centers. We offer advanced solutions in Capacity, IP, Security, and Colocation to companies seeking innovation and growth. Our commitment is to provide our clients with the most advanced technological tools to help them achieve their goals. What will you do? Draft and negotiate technical service annexes, aligned with legal, technical, and commercial requirements. Interact directly with wholesale and corporate clients to define and finalize technical service terms. Lead the product strategy: roadmap definition, positioning, pricing, value proposition, and commercial launch. Coordinate with technical, legal, commercial, and marketing teams to ensure coherence in the solutions offered. Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to propose improvements and innovations. Participate in pre-sales processes, RFPs, and business development. Review customer contracts to ensure that service-related clauses guarantee the continuity of Telxius' business. What are we looking for? +5 years of experience in network and telecommunications services, ideally in wholesale or B2B environments. Solid technical knowledge of: optical networks, dark fiber, DWDM, Ethernet services, and colocation. Experience drafting technical and contractual documentation, and participating in client negotiations. Product vision, results orientation, and strong analytical skills. Excellent communication in Spanish and English (oral and written). Ability to coordinate diverse areas, present technical proposals, and lead strategic initiatives.
