Thus, we are looking for energetic and passionate team members, who also support our mission, to help us grow PassBoard together. **Responsibilities**: Learn about immigration programs and understand all the stages Filter customers who are eligible for different programs Write content on industry related matters General customer service both in social media and on our website Learn all the details of each immgiration programs and create content Monitor customers are having smooth journeys on the website Schedule meetings Research on different topics and write summaries Assist with operations and day to day tasks Early days of this position will be mostly content writing and later on you will be involved in operations About skills Customer service skills mainly using written English General virtual assistant and administrative management skills Strong analytical skills, marketing/growth minded Self starter and fast learner, problem solver Advanced English is required for this position Previous writing experience in English (content, translation, journalism etc) is preferred Someone who is passionate about writing Previous customer service experience is preferred Researching skills - able to research various topics in internet and write summaries with little supervision Comfortable with managing using social media platforms Work conditions 10am-7pm Toronto time Monday-Friday Starting salary is 600-700 depending on experience and we have the 13th salary. At the same time you can expect a salary increase based on the performance starting after the 6th month and some bonuses.
