What You’ll Be Doing In your role as a Senior Carer, you’ll take on additional responsibilities such as: Leading and mentoring care teams during shifts Administering medication and overseeing care documentation Supporting with personal care, mobility, and nutritional needs Liaising with families, external professionals, and Nurseplus teams to ensure person-centred care Promoting independence and dignity through individualised care plans Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and health & safety protocols You’ll provide care across a variety of local settings, helping to deliver consistent, high-quality support to those who need it most. Who We’re Looking For Aged 18 or over with the right to work in the UK Minimum of 2 years’ care experience , ideally in a supervisory or senior role Hold a relevant qualification such as NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) Confident in spoken and written English Able to travel independently to different care environments A clear enhanced DBS (we can support you in applying for this) Strong leadership skills, professionalism, and a genuine passion for care Ready to step into a leadership role where your experience is valued and your voice matters?
