Job Summary The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, driving the selection process and making accountable hiring decisions. This role requires a proactive approach, depth of expertise, integrity, and quality delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the selection process, including screening, interviews, offers, and negotiations. - Build a pipeline of candidates to fill vacancies and proposal needs. - Manage external recruiting agencies as needed to assist with sourcing. - Add value to the recruiting processes by leveraging current trends in active sourcing and recruiting. - Engage in projects to continuously improve the recruitment and hiring process. - Responsible for regional recruitment reporting. Required Skills and Qualifications: Fluent English and Spanish; proven experience of managing the recruiting processes end-to-end; passionate about recruitment technology and results-oriented; internal or agency recruitment experience within the construction sector; experience working within a global company and recruitment experience in Latin America preferred.
