Gerente De Desarrollo De Negocio We are seeking a strategic and proactive Business Development Manager to lead our business development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market. Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and lead the sales department to achieve sales targets. 2. Manage direct sales to key clients and maintain clear, responsive communication with them. 3. Identify, select, and manage national and international distributors to expand our reach. 4. Provide technical guidance and resolve customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Learn the full value and use of our technology to convey it clearly and passionately to customers and partners. Requirements: 1. Proven experience in business development or technical sales is essential. 2. High level of English language skills (spoken and written) is required. 3. Availability to travel, both within Spain and internationally, is necessary. 4. Passion for technology, proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills are must-haves. 5. Technical background or experience in agriculture, IoT technology, or distributor network management is a plus. This position is based at our headquarters in Sarriguren, Navarra, Spain.
