**About the position** We're looking for a Seller Relations Advisor, to be responsible for generating revenue by converting seller leads into deals through effective negotiations and a solid understanding of the current real estate market. she/he should have between 1-3 years of experience qualifying leads into deals and generating sales revenue. **Key responsibilities**: - Engage in phone conversations with seller leads, convert leads into signed contracts, and successfully close transactions. - Develop and maintain relationships with sellers by promptly responding to new leads in the sales funnel, personal prospecting for seller leads, and working with an existing base of leads. - Qualify leads into deals to generate sales revenues. - Provide an excellent experience for our sellers while creating positive brand awareness for Sell2Rent. - Work towards common company goals to meet department metrics. - Receive verbal agreement from sellers, negotiate offers with sellers, write the contract, and clearly communicate with the team. - Provide high-level advice to sellers for real estate needs. - Evaluate feedback and reevaluate pricing as needed. - Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact. - Run property comparables. - Understand current real estate market conditions. - Negotiate with sellers. - Effectively communicate to sell in a prompt timeframe. - Provide continuous updates to the VP of Sales, communicate issues, and provide solutions for the business. **Requirements**: - 1-3+ years of real estate industry and sales experience. - Tech-savvy and proficient in Google apps and CRM experience. - Ability to properly run property comparables and rent analysis for residential real estate. - Real estate license (not required). - Ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with sellers. - Strong relationship building skills. - Empathetic to distressed home sellers. - Results-driven with a positive attitude. - Committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and seeking win-win outcomes. **Benefits** - Long-term growth opportunities with the company. - Flexible schedule. - 100% remote work environment. - A start-up work environment that fosters innovation and creativity. - The opportunity to learn about the USA real estate market.
