**Appointment Setter / Customer Service Representative (CSR)** **Location**: Bogotá, Colombia (on-site or remote depending on business needs) **Contract Type**: Permanent contract directly with Lean Solutions **Salary**: $3,200,000 COP **Schedule**: Full-time availability between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (40 hours per week) **Days Off**: 2 days per week Lean Solutions is looking for a highly motivated and fluent English-speaking **Appointment Setter / Customer Service Representative (CSR)** to join our team. The main responsibility of this role is to handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments for automotive workshops, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. **Responsibilities**: - Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule appointments. - Confirm, reschedule, or modify appointments as needed. - Provide clear and accurate information about workshop services. - Accurately record customer information in the system. - Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude at all times. **Requirements**: - Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles. - Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written). - Excellent communication and active listening skills. - Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. - Basic knowledge of office tools and CRM systems. **Benefits**: - Permanent contract directly with Lean Solutions. - Job stability and growth opportunities. - Dynamic and collaborative work environment. - Ongoing training and development. - Two days off per week.
