The Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing and Global Demand Generation is a strategic leader responsible for creating and overseeing the execution of an integrated marketing plan to drive global demand and generate sales-qualified leads. This role requires a deep understanding of demand generation, digital marketing, and marketing communications, focusing on driving high-quality leads that are highly likely to convert into sales. Specific responsibilities will include: - Developing and operationalizing a comprehensive, integrated marketing plan encompassing global demand generation strategies and activities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and market positioning - Directing and overseeing a team focused on project management and content development, as well as agency teams that execute campaign development and ad placement - Using prospect databases and marketing automation technology to execute lead-generation programs, engaging targeted audiences effectively and driving qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up and closure - Collaborating closely with the Director of Marketing Operations, leveraging dashboards for marketing and sales leaders, analyzing outreach and response tracking across various channels such as email, website interactions, social media, and direct messaging to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for refinement - Collaborating closely with Product Marketing and Product Management to identify innovative marketing opportunities, ensure message alignment and impact, and prepare regular marketing activity reports, responding to inquiries from the sales organization - Acting as a primary liaison to the Product Marketing organization, ensuring integration and alignment of messaging and marketing strategies across all activities The Candidate: Required skills/qualifications: - 6 - 10 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, marketing, and communications roles, with a strong background in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies - Prior experience leading and managing a high-performing integrated marketing and demand generation team focused on driving global demand and delivering high-quality sales leads - Deep understanding of marketing automation technology (HubSpot, 6sense, Salesforce), lead generation best practices, and data analytics to measure and optimize marketing effectiveness - Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above This job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required.
