About the Role: We’re seeking a seasoned Full-Stack Developer to lead the development, optimization, and maintenance of scalable web applications. In this role, you’ll work across the entire tech stack—crafting responsive front-end features with React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and Radix, while also building robust backend systems with Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. You'll ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend services, optimize performance for speed and scalability, and contribute to architectural improvements, including support for legacy systems. Core Task: Develop and optimize responsive and dynamic front-end features Collaborate to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend services Create secure and scalable user authentication and login systems Optimize web applications for speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility Collaborate with design and marketing to align technical solutions with business goals Design, develop, and maintain scalable /efficient backend systems Build and maintain APIs to support front-end functionality Manage and optimize database performance, ensuring data integrity and security Develop solutions for improving the overall system architecture to support the legacy site Implement best practices for backend performance, including caching & load balancing Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure seamless functionality and uptime Must-Have: 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer Front end: intermediate - advanced with React, Typescript, and Redux (for middleware) as well as CSS libraries including Tailwind and Radix Back-end: intermediate - advanced with Node.js & Express.js (for middleware functions) Experience with MongoDB and AWS or similar database and hosting tools Hands on experience with scaling servers to handle many current requests, scaling databases (replication), and general server optimization Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools like Cursor to improve productivity Strong written and verbal English communication skills Nice to Have: Experience with AWS cost optimization and DevOps implementation Powered by JazzHR
