Contract type: Independent Contractor Agreement (Fee Contract) Compensation: $2,000 USD plus performance-based commissions once client billing begins Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Prerequisites: Resident in the metropolitan area of Medellín C1 English proficiency level (fluent in both written and verbal communication) Professional degree in any discipline Ideally 2+ years of B2B experience - BPO Responsibilities: Strategic Client Prospecting: Research and identify high-potential companies facing talent challenges that could benefit from our global staffing solutions. Develop targeted outreach strategies for different industries and markets. Consultative Sales Approach: Position yourself as a trusted advisor by understanding clients' business objectives, talent gaps, and operational challenges to propose tailored global staffing solutions. International Market Penetration: Develop and execute strategies to expand our footprint in key international markets, identifying regional trends and adapting our value proposition accordingly. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers at client organizations, becoming their go-to resource for global talent solutions and workforce strategy. Solution Design: Collaborate with our staffing specialists to design customized workforce solutions that address specific client needs, including talent sourcing, compliance management, and remote team integration. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for service agreements that balance value for clients with profitability for our organization, addressing scope, rates, performance metrics, and contractual terms. Revenue Growth: Develop account expansion strategies for existing clients, identifying opportunities to provide additional services or increase the number of staffed positions. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about global hiring trends, international labor regulations, and competitor offerings to continuously refine our go-to-market strategy. Performance Tracking: Maintain detailed records of all business development activities and outcomes, analyzing conversion rates and ROI to optimize your approach. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of promised staffing solutions and exceptional client experiences.
