The mission of SAP Content and Digital Experience (CDX) is to inspire, educate, and support customers throughout their digital journey. Key Responsibilities - Support the e-commerce business at SAP by operationalizing, troubleshooting, testing, and improving product publishing functions. - Understand and strive for compelling user experiences, working with category managers and other stakeholders responsible for different aspects of products' presence on the digital store. - Make changes to product configurations based on business needs, perform end-to-end testing on products before they become available for sale, and report issues found to the IT organization. - Create new processes and improve existing ones to gain operational efficiency, participate in pilot projects with internal experts to create AI agents which can help automate our processes. - Train and optimize robotics process automation to reduce manual work, lead projects from conception to delivery leveraging internal resources. Requirements - Recent university graduate from Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or Communications. - Experience working as a systems analyst, systems engineer, or consulting experience in a top firm or process optimization roles. - Familiarity with SAP Commerce Cloud or other e-commerce platforms, CRM technology, order-to-cash processes, middleware, and fulfillment processes. - Familiarity with web publishing on content management systems, experience with data and analytics with ability to capture and document requirements. - Strong content marketing skills with knowledge of digital marketing principles, good understanding of e-commerce platforms with a high aptitude to learn about complex systems.
