The Healthcare System Partner (HSP) is an empowered leader and the local face of Roche working closely with system-level healthcare stakeholders such as policy makers, regulators, payers, PAGs, NGOs, government agencies and private organizations . The HSP identifies shared purpose and value, co-creates solutions and co-implements them across ecosystems, indirectly impacting outcomes for thousands of patients. By doing so the HSP will be directly accountable to challenge and shape the healthcare system in service of better health outcomes for more patients faster in a sustainable way to society. Main Responsibilities: The HSP collaborates with healthcare system stakeholders to drive innovation and generate opportunities to generate value for the ecosystem and society. The HSP helps identify, map, engage, and manage ecosystem stakeholders by developing proposals, projects, and solutions tailored to ecosystem needs. The HSP acts as a trusted partner and the primary (but not exclusive) point of contact between stakeholders and Roche. They share the vision and value of the stakeholder community internally, prioritize and secure resources, and drive solutions that generate faster results. The Healthcare System Partner applies the Visionary, Architect, Coach, Catalyst (VACC) model and acts as a catalyst and coach both externally and internally. Their role is empowered to incorporate local and network expertise and resources as needed, including in collaboration with other Healthcare System Partners and Patient Experience Partners. The HSP analyzes the individual ecosystem and catalyzes our ability to detect broader trends and patterns in healthcare systems. It requires bringing perspectives outside Roche to influence strategy and bring our expertise, science, and knowledge to the ecosystem. Your Profile: University degree (scientific, economic, or business degree). An advanced degree in Life science and/or MBA is a plus. Education in Health policy will be differential in the process. English Language proficiency is required. Experience in insurance and contracting models in the SGSSS. Development of technical notes. Experience in developing and/or participating in health impact projects in insurance and/or service delivery ecosystems, in high-performance teams. Experience in developing financial or clinical management value models. Experience in negotiation. Deep understanding of the healthcare system, its processes, and governance. Excellent management and customer interaction skills. Experience leading cross-functional teams is required. Experience in cross-functional leadership, both in formulating cross-functional strategies and organizing cross-functional teams, is a plus. Systems thinking and attentive listening. Strong business acumen, with experience in marketing and customer experience excellence desirable. The ability to understand and leverage digital media and tools for the benefit of all stakeholders is highly valued. Ability to manage complex projects. Relevant experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. English communication skills.
