Job Summary The CS&L; CDT Sr Analyst DT is responsible for developing and implementing collaborative plans to achieve logistical efficiencies and strengthen customer relationships. This role is at the final stage of the supply chain, ensuring flawless order execution from customer placement through delivery, maintaining high-quality standards, and minimizing returns. Additionally, this position acts as a logistics subject matter expert with key customers, identifying opportunities and driving continuous improvements and efficiencies. Responsibilities - Strengthen customer and consumer experiences by optimizing core logistics KPIs, including Fill Rate, On-Time Delivery, On-Shelf Availability, Order Management, Inventory Levels, Logistic Costs, and CVS accomplishment. - Lead efficient planning processes within the CDT, focusing on top-priority customers and leveraging robust fundamentals to resolve order and product availability challenges. - Enhance logistical efficiencies through process simplification, load optimization, and cost-to-serve reduction initiatives. - Act as a logistics ambassador at customer sites to identify and capitalize on opportunities for increased collaboration and efficiency, in line with Colgate-Palmolive's strategy. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. - 5 years of end-to-end experience in logistics (preferably in retail or in complex industries such as pharmaceuticals or food). - Intermediate to advanced English language proficiency. - Experience ensuring quality order execution, minimizing customer returns, and solving execution challenges. Desired Qualifications - Proficiency in SAP, Google Tools, and data analytics. - Previous experience working directly with customers to create collaborative efficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
