What are the responsibilities of a Sales Manager? In This Role, You Will Need To Lead and manage a sales team to meet monthly goals: activity metrics, forecasted opportunities, and revenue targets. Build confidence and trust with direct reports and provide developmental feedback for continuous improvement. Coach team members to develop their professional sales skills. Hold team members accountable for their performance and KPIs. Collaborate with other sales managers, directors, and executives to aid business growth and work with cross-functional teams. Supervise and conduct training on skills improvement, inbound sales, product, and marketing topics. Possess strong sales skills and the ability to teach sourcing and sales strategies to new team members. Maintain headcount via recruiting, selecting, and training new Growth Specialists. Maintain professional and technical knowledge of inbound marketing and the HubSpot platform. Understand your country market(s) and build and execute plans to grow them. Demonstrate HubSpot core values and leadership traits. Apply leadership training styles in interactions with direct reports. What are the role requirements? 2+ years of experience managing a quota-carrying sales team. Professional fluency in English and Spanish. Experience managing sales teams selling for LATAM. Experience leading teams with a consultative sales process, managing territories, and working with partners to win business. Superior coaching skills to evaluate and improve team results using HubSpot’s sales methodologies. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple objectives. Strong analytic skills to identify trends and gaps, driving behavioral changes and growth plans. Ability to work cross-functionally to drive results through collaboration. High motivation, self-awareness, and interpersonal skills. Personal responsibility to meet monthly team goals and maintain a positive attitude.
