Visit https://bit.ly/EmaptaTrainingCalendar ) The Qualifications We Seek Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar relevant experience Skills & Experience: English level – C1 1-3 years of experience in the retirement industry Experience with Microsoft Excel and data analysis Experience with project management tools Experience in retirement plan compliance and plan administration Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint , and Excel Your Daily Tasks Essential Duties Assist in the administration of the Multiple Employer Retirement Plan, the Pooled Employer Retirement Plan, and outside client plans Submit contribution files for the Multiple Employer Retirement Plan, the Pooled Employer Retirement Plan, and outside client plans Review and confirm employee enrollment forms and distribution requests for worksite employees of the Multiple Employer Plan and Pooled Employer Plan Review documentation for accuracy and completeness and secure any missing information Set up employee plans, plan elections, and loan deductions in the payroll system Provide outstanding customer service with the ability to communicate eligibility criteria, enrollment process, and plan features Other Duties Maintain vendor contact to investigate discrepancies Research and respond to client and employee inquiries in compliance with DOL, IRS, and ERISA standards Coordinate with prior plan providers to ensure all necessary prior plan data is collected Maintain employee retirement files in compliance with company guidelines Remain knowledgeable of new and changing DOL and IRS regulations as they relate to the retirement plan industry Assist with reconciliation and audits of retirement plans on account Communicate with compliance team on ADP and ACP testing and other compliance matters About the Client Our client, G&A Partners, is a leader in the Professional Employer Organization and HR Outsourcing industry, helping small and mid-sized businesses manage HR functions more effectively .
